## 气候行动

为减少运营温室气体排放，捷普采取三管齐下的策略：减少、生产和采购。该策略旨在减少产品制造过程中的用电量，在必要时进行现场发电，并通过公开市场采购电力，从而既节省成本，又加快实现碳中和的步伐。





## 健康环境与安全运营

安全对我们至关重要；我们希望员工每天都能健康平安地回家。我们致力于遵循全球健康与安全标准、政策、最佳实践和当地法律法规，为所有员工提供安全的工作场所和运营环境。



## 填埋转移

捷普积极通过预防、再利用和回收材料及组件，减少垃圾填埋。我们与不同行业的客户合作，共同选择减少材料用量、回收零部件，并通过彻底清洁和翻新产品及组件，使其在新产品中焕发新生的项目，来促进循环经济的发展。





## 水资源利用效率

根据世界资源研究所 (WRI) 的建议，捷普对其全球各地的工厂进行分析，以识别水资源紧张区域。这些信息有助于我们制定目标，进一步加强节水工作。捷普支持旨在教育社区节水和提高废水回收利用率的项目。我们还开发了收集和再利用雨水的创新解决方案。




我们的《2025 年可持续发展报告》展示了我们在以下方面取得的进展：

* 与 2019 财年相比，企业整体温室气体排放量减少了 47%。

* 在 14% 的工厂实现了 90% 以上的垃圾填埋转移率（经第三方认证）。

* 实施了智能水资源管理举措，提高了用水效率。

## Our Operations & Resources Focus Areas


Climate Action
==============

To reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 operational greenhouse gas emissions (GHG), Jabil leverages a three-pronged strategy: Reduce, Produce, and Procure. The approach intends to reduce the amount of electricity used to manufacture products, produce on-site power where necessary, and procure power on the open market in ways that both save money and accelerate our efforts towards achieving carbon neutrality.

In fiscal year 2023, we reduced GHG emissions 29% compared to our 2019 baseline. By hitting this target, we met our operational GHG reduction target for fiscal year 2025 two years ahead of schedule. We are aiming to achieve carbon neutrality by 2045.




Healthy Environment \& Safe Operations

Safety matters to us; we want our employees to go home healthy and safe every day. We are committed to providing safe facilities and operations for all employees by following global health and safety standards, policies, best practices, and local legal requirements.




Landfill Diversion
==================

Jabil actively diverts waste from landfills through prevention, reuse, and recycling of materials and components. We collaborate with our customers across different industries, to make choices to reduce materials, recycle parts and components, and bolster the circular economy with programs that completely clean and refurbish products and components for a new life in new products.




Water Efficiency
================

In accordance with the World Resources Institute (WRI), Jabil analyzes our facilities worldwide to identify water stress areas. This information helps us set goals that further enhance our water conservation efforts. Jabil supports programs that educate communities about water conservation and increase wastewater recycling. We have also developed innovative solutions to collect and reuse rainwater.
